I had several questions throughout the day while my car was in service and Margarita was thoughtful and timely in her responses. The whole team was great, at pick up as well. I really appreciate the kindness and great service!

The vehicle was taken early in the morning around 8:30am. Diagnosed wasn’t done completely because technician misdiagnosed it. he assumed it was the door sensors. He change the parts and he really didn’t need to change them. Service advisor told me that he doesn’t think that the sensors would be able to be done on time they actually work. Then he calls me back and tells me it turns out not to be the door sensors. The service advisor tells me that there is not enough time for them to diagnose the dome lights . This whole trip left a sour taste in my mouth. I thought of giving Scott Robinson Honda another try after they had stripped my Honda odyssey on the oil pan when they change the oil. Long time ago. This just solidified why I don’t want to go to Scott Robinson Honda anymore. Sour taste in my mouth.

I was informed my car was ready Saturday and “they” would be there until 6pm. I walked from my place to Honda to pick up my car arriving at 5:30/5:35pm and the service dept and cashier was closed. I was told by a sales person the service dept and cashier closed at 5pm. Very irritated I was not informed to pick up my car “before” 5pm
Sean provided excellent customer service. He arranged for a loaner while our car was being serviced. That allowed is to drive to an important family event. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Sean is the best. I will definitely consider Scott Robinson Honda for my future car purchases.

Bothered a brand new car, less than a month old, had a recall. That’s not your fault, so you guys did your job. Told me 10:30, then 11:30/noon, got the call at 12:30. Close enough. Thanks for taking the time to sanitize the car when you brought it to me.
