Thank you so much. The service Sean provided for me was truly amazing. He was very patient with answering all my questions & explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand so I couldn’t leave there being completely lost. The service done to my car met and exceeded my expectations.

My experience at Scott Robinson was very bad. I went in because I bought a vehicle from you guys about 3 months ago and now the radar for the car is not working. I waited 7hrs in the lobby for them to tell me that. I purchased an extended warranty and it's not "covered". The car was certified so in all, everything should have checked out before selling the vehicle. They told me it needed some kind or alignment and it was going to cost me $500 to align it. Second, I still didnt have my second key and I feel that the only reason I got the second key is because someone at the dealership mentioned I was supposed to get a second key. And I already knew that because you're supposed to get 2 keys when you purchased certified vehicle. But for whatever reason they were very reluctant to give me a second key. So 7hrs later after they declined to cover/fix the radar they hand me my second key. Thirdly after I got back my car, I received it in a dirtier state than I had gave it to them. They also removed my rear bumper protector without telling me or replacing it. Very unsatisfied and you guys need to have better customer service. I felt like I was getting the run around. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying my first car at a Honda dealership. I will be also be leaving reviews on yelp and Google.

I was not told in advance that I would be charged $760 to install my new catalytic converter in my 2010 Honda Accord Coupe. If I had known I would have asked for my catalytic converter back that I paid for and I would have taken my car to a mechanic who would had charged a fraction of that amount. I will never come back for service after using you for 11 years after i bought my new car at your dealership.

Not satisfied with the fact that after receiving maintenance on the front left side (both tire & rim) then getting an oil change done a week or two after, when they are supposed to make sure my car is in good running condition & now all of a sudden I have been having more issues & stuff that should have been seen/noticed the first time around.

Margarita was very attentive and gave the Best Total Customer Service experience with a great attitude! You could tell she is very good at her job and enjoys it. We all wish we get great service from personnel like Margarita. Scott Robinson is very lucky to have her because she will never have a problem getting a job with her skills, attitude and love for her position.

I never met ‘Sean. I drop the car off about 8 o’clock in the morning and another gentleman help me and said that Sean would be in contact with me to let me know what was going on with my Honda accord. Service managers to me seems like they weren’t very happy people. The way they walked around and interacted with me seem like I have a job and that’s it. I just wish they would’ve been a little more for me they weren’t rude by any means but I just wish they were a little more happy and friendly. ????
