Oil life was at 20% after oil change. Sales person had to manually reset it to 100%. Is there a sensor not working. I was rushed to get my car and drive away. There was an unsafe assumption that the technician performed the oil change. What if they forgot due to the two other repairs on my work order ticket? I'm not happy with cost of repairs as my 2012 Honda Civic reaches close to 100,000 miles. It is at about 95,000 miles. Also Scott Robinson charged me too much last time for odometer to reappear on my dashbord. A factory reset should be less than $30. You charged me nearly $200. If the odometer disappears, this is a software problem and should strictly be the fault of Honda and service stations like Scott Robinson. I cannot afford to pay $200 every time my odometer disappears due to software failure. I'm not happy with the cost of repairs. I'm also not happy with the no fault assumptions of Scott Robinson towards it's technicians.

I brought my car for A1 service at 7:37 am. Oscar did not call me if my car is done. Im the the who called to verify at 4:30 pm !!. He said “ i tried to call you but im too busy”. Is that a good customer service?? Oscar is also unfriendly, no eye contact, not accomodating and lack of enthiusiasm while talking to me.

Alex did a fabulous job in addressing my concerns about a car issue. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I have complete faith in his ability to solve any problem. He even called in another associate, Tom, who drove with me to find answers to the problem.
