Service was excellent. Sean was very helpful. Phone information is very poor, including Thursday afternoon when I tried to call To make an appointme For service, and the phone was busy and not answered after many attempts to get past the busy signal. I finally called The 833 number which was also extremely busy but gave me an appointment time, but no additional information was available. There doesn’t seem to be enough people to respond to phone inquiries. When I called today Sunday, I did get a very rushed response that everyone was terribly busy but that she would try to pass along my message. Thank you
It was a little annoying how I showed up the service center and I’m usually greeted and helped right away but today 11/20/2021 I was confused that no one approached me to help…so I proceeded to the counter full of employees talking about food then later told to wait by my car by then the same lady helped me get my car to be serviced. I feel like the service was terrible and I honestly don’t know if I’d like to go back this dealer.
