My change oil light came on but not a problem when I took it to get an oil change there was NO OIL AT ALL in my engine. The oil light was on from the moment I got my car back. I was not upset that an oil change wasn't done. Just upset that when they brought my car out that lightwas already on. Not a problem fir me to do the oil change. It was a HUGE PROBLEM that I drove around on the change oil soon light was on, just a PROBLEM it left the shop without just checking. Which tells me that all fluids were not checked. I could have blown my engine with it like that.

Joe did a great job for us today. He got our truck in on short notice, diagnosed the problem, corrected it quickly, and got us on our way. All done a reasonable rate. Joe is definitely an asset to your organization.
