I originally scheduled my car for an oil change and since it was in the shop get a couple recalls fixed. When I received my car back I realized they missed doing the oil change and just did the recalls.

The staff member’s name was Rhonda. Again, I will never go to your establishment and have let my family members know to never go there. I cannot be the only person she has treated this way. I mean if I offended her I would like to what that was, but I never said a word, kept my head down and quietly waited for her to finish her conversation. Was I annoyed? Absolutely, but I was actually wondering how long they would continue their personal conversation before turning around to help a guest. Three full minutes. Now that may not seem like a long time, but they all knew I was standing there and I think that was more disrespectful than if they did not realize I was standing there waiting. I am in amazed she has a job helping the general public.

The part my car needs is obsolete and no longer made. Ok cool. I came in requesting that part. I didn't ask for a diagnostic. So why couldn't they look up that part and tell me they can't help. Before I left my vehicle. And without charging me 168 bucks for nothing
Tom was able to assist me with an emergency battery install on short notice. He was so kind when I called and made me feel comfortable. He also noticed a headlight out and was able to replace that at the same time. His team also wanted me to be aware of a recall on my front doors. I told them I had been working with another dealership for months with no luck. They are now taking over the recall work and my vehicle will be repaired in a few weeks. They now have my trust. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
