Tom has been helpful wading through several repetitive issues on my f150. If it wasn't form the extended warranty, I'd be very disappointed with the number of problems at 50k miles.

The team knocked an important piece off of an electrical item and lost the screws that hold it together so now I have open electrical components and they never even bothered to tell me about it. They just smiled and said here’s your keys. Have a great day.

Didn’t seem to have any urgency getting the vehicle finished. I had to call to check on the status the end of the first week. I know it is a fleet vehicle and that adds time to get confirmation. I also realize it was the holidays. Had to ship in parts twice, I think. Good thing I didn’t have a big business trip. I don’t question the work or that the vehicle is fixed. It just seems having a vehicle from Dec 30 to Jan 10 is a long time for an engine knock sensor.
