Before dropping vehicle off I told the service advisor about all of the cel codes provided on the Ford app. After service was completed and I was told vehicle was ready for pick up. The cel was still on for one of the codes I told them about, it also has a rattle I asked to be looked into which was not checked. They simply cleared the code again, I called as soon as I got on the freeway telling him the truck felt very sluggish. I was told to reschedule service again.

Excellent. He got me in amd out in 11 minutes. Best turnaround time I’ve ever had anywhere.
My issue was I was told it would be an hour and a half for an oil change. I thought about waiting there but decided to have them take me home as I don’t live far. No one called me so I called almost 2 1/2 hours later and they had not even started. All in all it was 4 1/2 hours. If I had waited at the dealership, I would have been livid. My biggest disappointment was the lack of communication. I realize delays can happen.

I would have liked to have been told that it was going to cost $99 for the vehicle to be looked at.

My experience would be better if when I told them I knew what was wrong with my vehicle they would have listened and diagnosed it for that issue, not for something else that was inaccurate anyways. Feels like a complete waste of time and money. Plus they wanted to get even more money out of me by trying to add on unnecessary services that I had already had on warranty from someone else and saying they’d have to charge more to diagnose it further. The only thing I know about this experience is they showed they were so money hungry I’d rather go anywhere but here. Which **** because the last time I came in for a simple oil change they did great! Never again though.
Treated our issue with a sense of urgency. Everything currently working fine.

This is the second time the fiber shield was NOT put back right and fasteners tighten. You can understand my trust issue with you doing future work on my vehicles. Tom H
