I appreciated that he was as able to get us in as early as possible and get the job done.
Made an appointment weeks in advance for the first appointment of the day for brakes that were recommended at the last service and to diagnose the backup camera not working all the time. Dropped it off the night before. Had to call at 4pm to see if it was done which it should have been. It had just been done getting the brakes diagnosed which it didn’t need because it was at the last service. They got the brakes done before close which was fine but they didn’t do anything with the backup camera. Kind of disappointed being told they were slammed today and didn’t get to my car until the afternoon when I had the first appointment of the day scheduled for weeks.

This was tough since the wrong tires were placed on my vehicle and no one noticed, but when I took it back they discovered the problem. They were able to contact tire dealer and have the correct tires sent that day. I had my vehicle back within a couple of hours.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication during the 6 days my car was in for service. I had to call more than once to find out what was going on with my car. The 2nd time it was brought in this week on Monday, I heard nothing until I called to check on it today (Wednesday). At that time I was told it hadn’t even been looked at yet.
