I was very disappointed with the lack of communication during the 6 days my car was in for service. I had to call more than once to find out what was going on with my car. The 2nd time it was brought in this week on Monday, I heard nothing until I called to check on it today (Wednesday). At that time I was told it hadn’t even been looked at yet.

Everyone from the time I came in personalities were exceptionally nice. Everybody was friendly people explaining to things to me in a detail, and I appreciate that.

Robert did his best with my situation. However, I an unsatisfied with the rationale given for the unprecedented tire wear. I was informed that that they had never seen something like this. They said it wasn't due to the struts that were replaced 3 months earlier. Yet when they realigned my car after replacing the tires they had to alter the camber. I was still presented with no valid reason for the tired to have gone from good tread to bald in less than 3 months. I appreciate that the alignment and camber adjustment were paid for by service. But I should not have paid for the two front tires that were bald. It was my decision to replace them all, but compensation should have been given for some of the tires. I have used Ford as my sole service company for 13 yrs. There is a large chance I will not return after this. I prefer that people be direct about the situation and own when a mistake is made by service. We all make them, but don't hide in saying that it must be a tire defect. Defects don't manifest 20,000 miles into a tire and result in them transforming from good tread to bald in approximately 2,000 miles.
I always feel that I am treated fairly by the service department. Nick is helpful and doesn’t try to upsell services you don’t need. I really appreciate that. Also the service is done efficiently.

Service was great. Great staff. Pricing is really getting expensive. To the point of putting off some service to be able to pay for mandatory repairs.
