I had to make a second trip back to make the oil change right
Back up camera (that I paid for) is on back order. No one seems to know when might arrive.
Mercedes was very professional and knowledgeable. Service was efficient. Only issue is service waiting area is sort of dingy

I was attempted to be charged for my oil change when I told Mercedes I wanted to use my Ford Pass Points. She took down my Member ID but the clerk wanted to charge me. I also received a text message to reply if I had any questions. After my vehicle was serviced I noticed there was no information on the correction of the tailgate recall being fixed. I responded to this message asking if she could confirm the correction was made and I received no response. Upon my scheduling my appointment I stated I needed the recall fixed and oil changed. On my arrival Mercedes said “oil change and tire rotation, correct?” I stated just oil change and recall correction. At this moment I am unsure if the tailgate has been addressed or not. Also have failure with windshield wipers but was told parts are not in and no time line given nor added to a wait list. My wipers are experiencing issues and operation is unreliable and unsafe to drive in rain. Ford and Bob Thomas continues to disappoint me since my buying experience and continuing through a few years of service. I understand I am a small fish but after several failed attempts to allow Bob Thomas to earn my business I will take my business elsewhere.
Allways treated great and wit reapect. Dont take my car anywhere else.

Curtis was awesome! That man deserves a raise and is a great asset to your organization! He and your team found tires for my better half’s truck that no one could get in the area without a two to three week wait. Mercedes was great. I didn't get my Sync problem solved but it still cost me $70.
The service I received was excellent. Service advisor very friendly very professional. All of my problems were fixed so I am very very happy.
Had car 2 weeks still not fixed... Comment made when car was picked up this is a known ongoing problem w/explorers... A lot of excuses and different reasons from ordering parts to no master techs available... Should I take car to a different dealership??? VERY FRUSTRATING
