I was told the service on my car would only take two days. After I had dropped it off and expected to pick up the truck they then informed me that the parts were not available. It took an additional week to actually get the parts in and get the truck repaired. Each time I had to call them to follow up. Communication was very poor and that I was not made aware of these delays in the repair ahead of time. Also, the parts to repair my truck should’ve been verified or available before they let me drop it off.

I bought a 2018 eco sport for my daughter. One week after buying this car it is sitting in a the university parking lot with a dead battery. For a vehicle that is certified by ford as being in good repair, I question the certification process
