I had an appointment but they still helped me out by getting me in just a bit early and got me out quickly as I was experiencing horrible back pain and needed to get out quickly for chiropractor appointment. They were very accommodating!

First, the parts person was going to put a single sheet oh paper on my hood and write the Vin number on it. That would have scratched the paint if I didn't stop him. Then I was told I couldn't take my vehicle when I came to pick it up they were waiting on payment from the warranty company.

I took the car in because the radio works off and on since a new audio control module was put in in August. It didn’t work when the car was dropped off Monday night, but they said it was working fine on Tuesday. When my husband picked it up, it wasn’t working then half way home it came on. Then it didn’t work this morning, then it came on again. They said there was a sync update and maybe that’s the problem. Of course we were going to be charged around $100 for that…ridiculous. We are going to try to do the update ourselves. $100 is terrible when it probably would take them 5-10 min to get the update started then it finishes on its own. We bought the car from Bob Thomas in 2019 and we’ve had so many issues with it at a lot of cost to us.

Mileage in and out were exactly the same (48821/48821) vehicle had 48825 miles when it was picked up after no problem found, inspection sheet was only filled out for tire wear, which was marked yellow but an actual measurement was nowhere to be found, all other categories were blank, tech notes near bottom of the page were nearly illegible and not printed out anywhere else that would make them readable, nor were there any sort of explanation anywhere on the paperwork that explains what the tech did in order to diagnose the problem the vehicle was brought in for. If we were to go only by the paperwork, it looks as if the vehicle was driven 4 miles and then it was decided no problem was found because there were no codes. Highly dissatisfied with the entire process and feel like minimal effort was made to both assess the problem as well as to explain why no problem was found.
