Paid 60,000 for a truck and have only made two payments on it And have had the windshield installed at the factory and re installed at the dealership under a recall and it still leaked . Flooded my truck and water stood in it for three days before I noticed it . Water flooded my carpet and covered wires in the rocker panel . Dry it out and slap some silicone in the corner of the windshield and send me on my way. What about , what about detailing it, what the long term effects Of water on my wire harness and running down the fire wall. What’s the long term Effects of water on my carpet for three to four days when mold starts to form in less than 72 hours. They did however change out my shifter that was also bad and fixed that safety issue . Not happy with a flood in my new truck . Should have installed new carpet. It was new when I bought it .

Curtis in service is awesome. Took a bad situation with my car and turned it into something to laugh about. He should be training other service advisors on customer service. I’m a dodge guy but would consider an F150 just due to the great treatment from your back of the house crew.

I picked up my car after hours. When I picked it up and started driving, I noticed the steering wheel shaking. The more I drove the worse it got and it started pulling to the right. I did drop it back off and left a note in the drop box. I’ll call to check on it in the morning, and I’m sure they’ll it fixed right.

The service team went above and beyond for me. I was in and out less than hour with no appointment scheduled ahead. I needed a new battery. I was very happy with my service and because of this I will always come to this location.

I wanted full synthetic oil, but i only got semi synthetic for the oil change. No one asked when we were there. I did say when making my appointment that I wanted full synthetic oil for my car. Other than that my experience was great.

I was waited on quickly when I arrived. I waited in the lobby but said I may go for a walk so just call me when my car was ready. They were pretty busy that morning but still completed my oil change faster than I expected. Very smooth process.
