Tim was great to work with. Kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Glad I was able to work with him. When I first showed up the other gentleman working with Tim seemed as though I was there and wasting his time so I was so glad to have Tim take over.

The first part that arrived was damaged. Rather than put on a substandard part he ordered a new part. When the new part arrived it was installed in about 4 hrs. Truck runs great

Curtis told me about the Ford website to get points. I spent over $800 yesterday but I don't see how I get those points. It doesn't appear to have registered.

The work done was good. The only shortcoming was the lack of communication. For every update I had to initiate the call. Curtis is very good to work with and pleasant. Since the car was there over a week I would have liked periodic calls or texts advising the status. Overall I still like bringing my car there and have confidence in the service staff.
