Not convinced that service was done as stated, last service my battery was supposedly weak now it is 100% ? Rear window wiper wore out last time now it is just fine, nothing has been done to either one. Not sure I trust Bob Thomas Ford anymore.

The service department was great. They go above and beyond to meet customer’s expectations. However, the women in the cashier area lack customer service. They weren’t personable and were almost combative during our conversation. One of the women sighed loudly when I changed my mind on purchasing a part for my car which was very rude.

The people in the service center were all very friendly. They got my car in right away and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. I just purchased this car two weeks ago and they let me know there was 4 recalls that had not been performed on the car and they were able to get it scheduled for service on Thursday.

Originally brought in for oil leak. On 4/14/21 paid 1285.51 to replace valve cover, and oil pan gasket. Continued to leak. Allowed time to make sure it wasn't oil residue, and returned to shop. Given quote of $1196. to replace "front cover". Find cost of second service to be objectionable. Would cost to fix all three problems at same time $2481?
