Scheduled an oil change for 8 a.m. got me in at 8 took till 9:55 to get it done. Shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change

Took 1hr 40 minutes for oil change and tire rotation (from bringing in car to paying for service) When I asked why it was some much longer than usual (1hr) I was told he was working on 3 cars at once
