I was told to be there on Thursday 10 AM to get my new tires installed. I arrived on time and left my keys at the desk and went into the waiting area. I wandered around. Saw my car had moved to a "bay". I finally saw Nick--he hadn't been there when I checked in, he had arranged my 10 AM arrival. I asked about my car. He said he would take a look. My tires never arrived. I sat there and waiting for 2 1/2 hours and nothing was done? What were the other service team members doing? Somebody should have known, my tires weren't there or coming in. I'm not sure what is up with this dealership? Fortunately, Rick offered me a loaner car and my car was ready at Noon today.
I always appreciate the way the techs listen to my concerns and offer good explanations. I really trust them!

My truck purchase is only 5 weeks in and I need brakes. I would have thought the inspection would have caught that the brakes were going out. My truck is running good. No problem with that. Wish I could get some of a refund on $543.00
