After departing, discovered that lights that were to be replaced were not working and then front left turn signal now not working.
Returned at first opportunity, Tuesday afternoon. Vehicle has to be road ready today.
Robert was great before and during the service. He helped me get my tailgate to open, even though it was going to need service. He also suggested an overdue service option that addressed a problem I was having. He deserves more than a 5 star star rating.
Was glad to hear there was a delivery method in place. First time needed.

The works service I usually get is great. It's usually finished up in about 1 hr.
Bob was excellent to work with, I wish I could say the same for the service contract on my vehicle as they were not as easy to work with and Bob was great having to deal with them as well.
Work was not finished and had caused unnecessary damage to my truck.

I needed a tire fixed and Robert was very accommodating by getting me in. I had to wait which I expected but Robert apologized several times for my wait.
I was told the problem on the truck was fixed but on my way home I still had the same problem that was supposedly fixed and was told to take the truck back

Dropped off vehicles Tuesday and Thursday. Both days had miscommunications getting picked up for the shuttle service. If I wouldn’t have called multiple times inquiring where my shuttle was I would have been stranded at work and without a vehicle.
Otherwise, I love the service at BT WEST. Even after getting an expensive estimate, I still appreciate the service and personnel.
