No responsibilities and it took a long time to fix the car
First time using your dealership. Fantastic experience. Nick was very helpful. Squeezed me in without an appointment. Got the truck done faster than expected. Had finished truck delivered to me. Had no idea that was even an option. Extremely helpful for me not to miss anymore work for the day (remote work from home). Will be using your dealership going forward.
Vehicle brought back immediately after repairs “completed”
Have had the vehicle back for 2 days and check engine for power train malfunction is now on. Tired of waiting multiple days for repairs and having to pay for rentals.

Had appointment at 9am to get tires removed from one set or rims and added to another and then put back on the truck. Had someone wait since it was only going to take about an hour and an half. Had the person leave since completion time kept getting pushed back. Truck was not finished until almost 5 pm. Also was told over the phone it would cost about 80 dollars, total bill was 240.
I supposedly had a diagnostic, the things we discussed were not on the invoice I received
I’m unhappy with the amount I paid for my oil change. They wouldn’t apply the coupon without the coupon. I’ve had it practically every time I get an oil change
Had my car taken in because door would not shut and stay shut had to hold it for 2 days while driving come to find out there was a recall on my door latches very satisfied with a pickup and delivery service that was offered and they replaced all of my door latches not just the one that had problems the door that had problems the bolts had loosened and fallen out so I took a bolt from each door to try and hold in the locking mechanism but when the new latches were installed they never put a third Bolt in each door from the ones that I had robbed out to hold the faulty one in place so now I have to purchase three bolts to put in those doors which is fine it's only $6.80 the little Bolt lock cover on my passenger door under the handle was broke when getting my vehicle back I stuck it back up in there but I know it won't stay and I will eventually have to buy a little plastic cover to cover the bolt. I do have a recall for a TCM on my vehicle but they will not replace the module automatically without running a Diagnostics on it and if it in turn comes back that if my TCM is not bad at this time I would be charged $140 for putting it on the diagnostic system I figured with a recall Ford should just replace the module without running a diagnostic because it could go out at any time considering it's a recall. I don't know much about that. And so do I chance it not being bad and paying $140 just to have it ran because it'll probably throw up other codes or does Ford just replace it automatically. Like I said I did love the pickup and delivery of my vehicle because I had to work it was very convenient for me and I appreciate them replacing all of my locks because it really sucked holding my door shut for 2 days while driving all over Fort Wayne.
