Was disappointed that I wasn't informed that because I had a light on they couldn't service my car the day it was brought in.If that was pertinent why wasn't it discussed prior to setting mt appointment? Also don't really understand what was wrong with my car. Programming faults? Sounds like a fault of the programmer, not something that should cost me $260. Also, why did they need to take it home with them? If it was a matter of driving it around they could have drove it to me to drop off, not keep it another night. They had it from Saturday to Tuesday. That part just didn't feel professional and I didn't like the idea of a stranger keeping my car for the night for something easily figured out by giving me my car back. Overall it's not that I'm unhappy... But too many things didn't sit well with me.

The drivetrain malfunction warning message is what I paid $405 to get fixed. They did a software upgrade to make the warning not appear. 15 minutes after picking up the vehicle the warning message appeared again. I

I appreciate that you all honored my warranty for the oil change due to the Pandemic even though it had expired in June however I was not satisfied with the way the other issue was handled. I brought my car in to have the right front tire serviced also and nothing was done to it at all. I was told that the technician looked at it and the only thing that he could see that was wrong with it is that I need a new tire. The tire would not keep the air in it. 2 dys prior to me coming in, I had no problem with the tire until I bumped a curve while pulling into the bank. After I bumped that curve the air started coming out and would not stay in. It appeared that the seal had been broken around the rim. So I brought my car in to be looked at and was told that there's nothing wrong with the tire except the tread was low and need to be replaced and that's why it would not hold the air. I pulled off thinking that air had been put in the tire and the rim was sealed but it had not. I turned around and came back to the service department where they were about to close and asked why the tire wasn't fixed or at least air put in the tire so that I could drive back home. Mind you I had to put air in it to bring it to the dealership. I was never asked did I want the tire replaced that day instead I was advised that 3 of my tires my tires tread was low and they need to be replaced. I pulled away, pulled over in the parking lot and had to put air in my tire to get back home. On the way home I went to a Firestone shop and they took a look at the tire and there was a whole in the top of the tire. He put my finger on the tire and air was shooting out. They fixed/plugged the tire and all is ok. Clearly the technician did not even check the tire out because if he had, he would have found the whole and plugged it. I feel like because they were busy and getting close to the closing time he just changed the oil, if they even did that?? eyeballed the tire, checking out the tread on the tire without even putting some water on it to see if there was a whole or leakage, recommended that I get new tires and sent me on my way with the same problem as when I came. Not to even ask me do you want some new tires put on today. I have been coming to the dealership for all my services and never experienced anything like this before. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I got from Hunter and the technician who worked on my car that day which was Saturday July 11th 2020. Just sent me away with the same problem like a damsel in distress. Not a happy customer especially when the tire could have been plugged and/or given me the opportunity to get new tires.
