Larry Carroll and James Shelton we’re both very helpful and professional. Parts had to be ordered for my vette, Larry didn’t hesitate to give me a loaner. Part of the problem was a short in my electrical system, James took the time hunt it down and fix the problem. I would highly recommend TEAM , and in particular Larry and James.
Fast service and not pushy. Very honest.
It just took to long to get done. I could not go back and talk to anyone in the back.

First I'll start by saying Brad and Vickie were great! But that's the best thing I have to say about my experience with my Team Chevrolet experience.
Took 2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires and do 2 recalls. Then my check engine light was on. My car had grease on the console and the seat, mind you I have cream color interior. Then I get home and I have 3 scratches on my driver's door, that were not there before I went. Totally unacceptable!! Horrible experience.
Larry was helpful until it was determined that my truck needed tires and I did not want to purchase them from the service dept.
For the rest of my time in the waiting area the customer service from Larry and the other service employees was beyond poor, I along with other customers were ignored. I will not be back.
Brad Wilson and his repairman did an excellent job repairing my vehicle in a very quick and prompt time I will deathly return to them in the future when needed thank you

Tires rotated but were not refilled to 35 lbs per manual. Usually at the Cadillac Dealer the car is vacuumed to make it nice for the owner. You are not a Cadillac dealer are you other than that it was a good experience with the people I met.

Someone letting me know that there might still be air in the coolant lines that would be equalizing the next day or so after picking up my car would have saved me worrying something major was wrong again.
Other than that, I’m happy with the service provided!
The transmission stills slams into first gear when downshifting. Nobody fixed the door unlock issue. I had to read the manual and Google it to figure out how to fix it. It was simple and easy and something the salespeople should have known how to do, especially the sales manager. The two sales guys I had were both new so I could understand them not k knowing yet, but any supervisor should have learned this by now.
Larry went over and beyond in his service to help me and get my car fixed.
