I have been coming to Scott Robinson for years. Mike has helped us service 2 Accords and 2 Civics over the years. The 2006 Civic Hybrid is still running over in Germany. He is excellent in meeting deadlines, responding to questions, and the car is always repaired correctly. Darren and Mike are a great team. Keep them together.

Geoffrey was patient and explained the issues a few times for us as asked and it was very appreciated. My main concern was I was not kept in communication of the status and progress of the work or when the vehicle would be done. After 4 hours, I had to call for a status. A touch base phone call in where the car was at for the repair would have helped with expectations of when it would be done.
Geoffrey Viray is an asset to your service department and has all the qualities necessary for satisfying your customers. He is polite, knowledgeable, efficient and detail oriented. Darrin Ishitani, as always is running a well- oiled operation.
