I pulled in to the service area. This is my first Audi. No one met me. When I picked my car up I was a little disappointed the radio had been put on somebody’s urban rap station.
I sold the Q3 to Audi Ft Lauderdale during this service today.
I’ve already spoken to the Service Manager and shared my concern. Overall I have been very pleased with the service at this location until this visit. My previous advisor was phenomenal. Based off of my most recent experience with Harold, I was appalled by his lack of customer service. Very disappointing experience as I know know Audi strives to give great service but Harold’s service was far from great in so many ways (unfriendly, rude, lied to me and hung up on me) none of which I would expect from any person working in customer service but certainly not from Audi.

The explanation for my problem wasn’t backed up by data. Techs didn’t realize or research fact that tires were brand new (3 months, late 2019) before COVID work from home, and tires didn’t make that sound when I dropped off car in December 2020, but did when service tech returned my car after that appt.
