Jerrick was really nice, courteous, and professional. Also, Aiden, a service tech who delivered my car after the service was completed was great and fixed the non retracting mirror that now retracts when looking lock the car! Yay!

Jerrick was great and did an excellent job. But I don’t understand how my records showed that I have a 2020 when I have a 2021. I caught it and called your dealership and spoke to a woman who said she would fix it. But if I’m supposed to get my service with Audi because it maintains the integrity of my car best and the warranty as well, shouldn’t the documents from my service reflect the correct year of the car? I believe this happened before my recent visit so again, Jerrick was superb to work with. I realize it is likely an oversight that has been carried over since the 10k mile oil change

The Lyft experience needs improving. I also asked to speak to a supervisor about my experience and was ignored. By the time I finally got to the dealership, I just wanted to go home. But if a customer asks for a supervisor then you don’t ignore the request. In my opinion, that is poor customer service. I miss my old rep Jason K. Bring him back! My car experience is great though. I have my car back.
