Great service. Very courteous and professional. The only thing about servicing my vehicle at the dealer is the value/cost of service is not favorable. That is why I generally service my vehicle at an independent garage.

Stop with the appraisal harassment. If I want to trade in my vehicle I’ll contact you. Get your service writer situation resolved. If you are told you will get a call updating your repair status then I expect a call. Don’t ignore my return text message as it really lowers my opinion of Audi overall.
