It has been a horrible experience I will never buy another vehicle from Ford again service has been horrible the vehicle has been horrible and Defective took my vehicle in for service and came back scratched and dirty from the service department. Tried calling the vehicle to let them know and never got a response back for the vehicle being scratched they just told me they would check their cameras but never received a callback if I had to rate the service department I will give them a -10 vehicle still having problems still having the same problems. Take my vehicle into the shop and never get updates all I get is an answering machine.

I have been satisfied with the customer service, but the lastcfew visits I have had missing parts. This last time a screw from my license plate was gone. The times before was my washer fluid cap and an air top from my tire.

I really like taking my car to Ford Chula Vista because everything is explain to me and people are so nice. Jorge is super nice and easy going, he explains everything, all the paperwork, answer any questions I may have.

It's always a bad experience, when I take my car to the Service Center. I'm told it would take half day, and reality is 1 or more days. I always have to reach out for status throughout the day. I wasn't informed from the beginning of the process and still had to pay for service $150 and nothing was done. My car had a recall for the exhaust and in the 9 hours that my car was there it wasn't taken care of. Customers need to be informed of the process from the beginning, so there's no surprises. Representative was very unprofessional with comments made directly to me about my physical appearance. I will not return and please do not contact me.
