Darren was terrific. He answered all my questions and explained exactly what the process was for the repairs on my car. All the service staff were courteous and wore masks to assure my safety. Darren is a great asset to Ford and should be commended for his great customer service!

Jorge was outstanding. My repair was challenging and Jorge went over and above to help. He discovered that I had an extended warranty which reduced my cost for a very expensive repair to a $100.00 deductible. He communicated everything very well and did a spectacular job. Thank you so much for a representative who truly cares about his customers. Very rare in these times..
