I felt as if at first Sergy wasn't quite sure why I was there with my vehicle, even though I had an appointment. He didn't waste time to let me know my tires needed replacing, and kept bringing up antifreeze to be checked. I finally told him I could only afford so much on a given day. Not sure he liked hearing that comment but the money wasn't coming out of his wallet. He doesn't realize that there are procedures for a car that can be done in my own garage.
