Joel was great. The vehicle has already been sold. John Bergstrom is a good friend of mine and I traded the car in on a new 2021 Suburban through Bergstrom. I hope the transmission fix is good, because I don’t want to trade in a broken car. I get my service done at Andrew because you are close. If you keep doing a good job, I will continue to use you.

If customer has any coupons or reward vouchers the person/service advisor should ask if you have any coupons or GM reward vouchers when you check in. There is always a lot going on when checking in and it’s easy to forget. Then when checking out and paying you are made to feel stupid because you didn’t give the service tech/ person checking you in the coupons etc and that it’s a major inconvenience to fix it. We are now stuck with a voucher that will go to waste. Why have coupons and rewards if you can’t use them. Also, if you have an appointment you car should be taken around that time. We were told when checking in for our 9am scheduled appointment that it would be an hour and a half before they get to our car. Why make an appointment? People make appointments so they can plan their day. It’s understandable if you walk in for an oil change that you will wait, but not if you have an appointment.
