It would be nice to receive a complimentary wash after oil changes. Also basic repair quotes when an issue is found during an oil change. Other than that perfect so far!
Sergey always does a great job explaining the issue and solutions to solve it. I feel like I can trust him and he has my best interest/car in mind. Always really friendly and nice to work with!
Yes I would like to say that nowadays it is extremely hard to find quality customer service either the service itself as far as the staff is friendly or whatever you know is okay but the quality of product or service offered was not up to par or the service offered was fair or good but the staff was not friendly or whatever you know and I have to say that from the front door of you all's operation to Gina to there was a gentleman that spoke with me even as I was leaving from dropping my car off I mean everyone was so friendly and helpful I was standing somewhere and somebody was walking by and said are you okay do you need anything have you been taking care of everyone was very attentive very pleasant very approachable and because I am been since 9 years old in the service industry myself customer service and things like that and I always gave and give wow service like over the top and so I'm very critical and you all surpassed like above and beyond what I expected I really appreciate Gina she was very thorough very helpful very comforting it was almost as if I just had a baby and you all made sure that the mother of the child and the baby was taken care of and felt comfortable and like that we were in good hands so that's what I appreciate I thank you so much and I will definitely refer people to you all when I'm ready to get my daughter's car I will be coming to you all I just truly truly appreciate it my my service with you all is it was a wonderful experience a wow experience all the way around so just thank you very much and for your timeliness and everything you kept me posted on you know the progress and everything so thank you so much and you all have a blessed day and be careful out there
The only disappointment was my appointment was with Sergery and he was not there and the car was not washed. In the past, Andrew would always give our car a quick car wash.

The appointment was made in advance and it was for the two recalls and I came from Eagleriver wi and put 500 miles on my truck to be told they had to order the parts so I would have to come back in a week because he just ordered the parts so I wasted a day and put 500 miles on my truck and pay for gas to do it all over again. This is wrong and someone needs to pay my gas and time they had plenty of time to get the parts before my appointment this is unacceptable and I would like an answer. A dedicated customer Dennis G
