Hi. I brought my car in for regular check-up Sat. at 3pm. ALL customer service people in the entry area where one drops off car and the repair people were wearing masks. When I went to the waiting room, all the customers were wearing masks and the cashiers. While waiting for just under an hour, I was horrified to see the sales people in the side rooms come and go with masks hung around their neck, laughing with one another, going in and out of their little rooms, with no regard to the safety and health of their customers and co-workers that ARE being mindful to wear masks AND keeping 6 feet distanced. They were NOT. There were also 3 men in suits sitting in the area south of the cashiers that also did not have masks and sat close to one another. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SO IRRESPONSIBLE. If the repair people and front line service people can wear a mask to protect ALL of us, there is NO reason everyone can't do this. I was truly horrified that these people had so little regard for my and everyone else's safety. I have lost 2 people to covid. This is NOT a joke. Kristina P

I am so grateful that you offer this service during the pandemic. I've been wanting to get my car checked out but was afraid to go to an enclosed space and stay there for any length of time. Thank you! Mr. Yang was punctual, pleasant and professional.

Tscwmsim was great The issue I had is that I had made an appointment for 130 and was told it would take an hour and it took 2 why not schedule me for an hour later?
