Service gets worse each time we go for our priority service. Will not ever buy another priority vehicle. The way my husband was treated today and then lied to is the reason we won’t be back. I then reply to his text message and I get a thank you message in return. Shameful and insulting

They didn't do what services I asked for.But did go looking for things I didn't ask for. Will not be bringing my cats back and will not be recommending you to anyone else

I paid online and asked my keys be left in vehicle to pickup. I arrived at 6 pm and vehicle was locked, luckily I was able to get keys. However all the crap from the technician was still in there and I had to throw away when I got home.

I dropped my car off and when I returned to get it it was not ready and feel that the service representative was not a responsible person. I need for a service manager to get in touch with me.
