Adam always takes good care of me. He listens and is very professional. It’s worth the 40 minute drive and passing other Nissan dealership to know you’re in good hands with a great service adviser.
Very professional and prompt
The service was poor and it took at least 5 to 6 hours to get a response on the issue with my car. I felt betrayed from when I brought my car in for an airbag issue that should have been fixed the first time. The pricing for parts and labor are outrageous make me never want to get another Nissan.
Brandon went out of his way to ensure my vehicle was completely satisfactorily and in a timely manner. He explained everything thoroughly.
