I had a 10:40 appointment for a state inspection and oil change only. My big mistake was saying I would be by at 5PM to pick the vehicle up. Despite the early appointment I still had to wait until 5:45 for my vehicle to be ready. What good does it do to make an appointment???? Very disappointed.

My tire pressure sensor is still on and I have not gotten a phone call back about fixing it
Although the Service Advisor was very helpful, yet I didn’t have the Oil Change Reminder sticker on my windshield presuming they forgot. Also, they forgot the car wash and vacuum.
I paid 140.00 for him to cut me two keys that doesn't work for my car. Only unlock my door.
