I dropped off my car at 840am. I said that I would be back at 1pm to pick it up, the person I dropped off my car with said my car would be done by 11. I called to check on the status and ensure that my car had passed state inspection at 11am. I was told that it passed it just needed new windshield wipers. I asked if they could replace the wipers and they said yes. I came to pick up my car at 1 and waited an hour because the tech left for lunch with my keys. After he got back from lunch I was informed that my car did not pass inspection because of a tire rotation (which does not make sense because tires are either good or bad). The communication was extremely sub par and I had to pay for a completely unnecessary service just to have a passed inspection sticker.

I have always trusted Priority Nissan Dealer with my 2000 Pathfinder and now with my 2017 Nissan Sentra SV. I rather go to the Dealer with my maintenance but sometimes I can't afford it. Today's experience was good I got there on time and I was waited on soon after. I was there for about 3 hours

After I checked out, I walked out to find my vehicle. As I walked up I saw white dust on my hood. Got closer and to my disappointment my car had a significant scratch that removed the paint. I walked back in to get Matt; he walked back out with me and apologized. He promised that he'd note in my file for when I bring it back for you all to take care of it. I've NEVER taken my car for service and had damage to my vehicle. Suggestions: while it may be easier for the car tech to pull vehicles in the parking spots, consider backing in to prevent unintentionally backing up (since the parking spots are so tight/close together)... Especially for larger vehicle's. Good thing I'm a great driver (smile). Suggestion: I appreciate the precautions you've taken to ensure customers who request shuttle rides are safe. One customer at a time. And I know it's a courtesy shuttle, meaning you don't have to have that option. But as a suggestion, maybe the night before a service manager can check how many customers requested shuttle rides for thekr appointments the next day. And add an additional shuttle driver based on the volume. Looking forward to continuing to come get my car serviced and thank you in advance for when I bring my car back to get the hood painted.

Let me first acknowledge the fact that I realize how many you all must be considering that we all are during these trying times.However I was given a 2:30 appointment I arrived a few minutes early. (I only needed an oil change).I checked in and was told that Brandon will be speaking with me and was showed the waiting area. Never heard nor seen any one...so at 3:45 I went back out to the service desk inquired about my car.the keys and paperwork were laying there on the desk!for how long I don’t know! I assumed it was serviced...how would I know? needless to say my first time , I wasn’t impressed! No discussion..no Thank you except from the gentleman that greeted me with the floor mats protectors when I arrived ..Very disappointed!!!

Outstanding and prompt service from Priority Nissan the team did an excellent job with my car in the service center in around 8am out at 930 they had completed the job they did an excellent job commendable to the team

I had my inspection done there last year i will never do it there or recommend priority to a family or friend. I actually advised my cousin to go somewhere else
