Ridiculous wait time, teen daughter was there 845 for 9am appt. Oil change not done until 1130, making her late for work. No one told her anything as to the extensive wait. What is purpose of scheduling an appt if others are worked in ahead? 2 cars purchased from you all, here brand new off your showroom floor and this was an awful first service experience for her.
The guy at the front was cool and polite I don’t know his name but his personality was exceptional
