Very Professional service
I got new tires installed but the technician did not put any of my tire valve caps back on. It was easier for me to buy new ones than to drive back to Priority Nissan. No need to contact me.
GREAT job,will continue use Nissan Service Dept. Mr.Everett was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I was able to get some form of discount,my bill was over $1500.00 hundreds dollars. It sure would have helped,because I live on A FIXED INCOME.
So far so good no issues as of yet. Service was great and thanks to Adam for helping me on the financial side to ge the job completed.

Whoever came up with ridiculous idea of the mew machine to pay for service with your debit card by forcing you to enter your pin and you can’t use your debit card as credit which I’ve done since 2016, is ABSURD. I absolutely HATE IT. It is always upper management who never has to deal with the public coming up with ideas that DOESN’T work for the consumer. Today I had to pay an additional fee because I chose credit. I don’t use my pin# for transactions unless it is taking money out of my account at my banking institution. I’ve experienced fraud previously by doing so, and honesty I hope someone sues Nossan because this is ridiculous!! ALSO stop sending fake advertisements about spending so much money and getting money off your bill because I didn’t. My service technician Adam was a pleasure to work with, however **** consumers to pay additional money to use your equipment is an utter travesty. I didn’t like this and will remember to bring cash the next time if I decide to come back to Nissan to get my car serviced. You should be ashamed of yourself. I’m so unhappy with this service visit.

I am one to always ask a lot of questions and Brandon didn’t hesitate to promptly answer all my questions and look into offers to find me the best deal! My car is not fixed still having the same issue I brought it there for. Had it towed back to the dealership today. Have called repeatedly a d and have been told some one will call me back and its 712p and no call as of yet.
