I feel Adam looks out for hiscustomers.if I have a question or a concern and I bring it to his attention.he makes sure the issue is taken care of.
Adam was great and very helpful in an emergency situation for me being out of state. He got me back on the road quickly and efficiently.

Three hours for a vehicle inspection is way to long, Next time I may need to go locally, pay the $20 and be out in less than 30 min. You say you're keeping me safe, I get it. I feel like the longer you look the more you find to recommend fixing. Save me the time and get me in and out.

Adam was very courteous and helpful with any problem with my vehicle.
I stayed at the dealership while my vehicle was getting services and nobody ever came and told me my car was ready. I went and checked and the lady Cindi told me that she had given my paperwork to someone else, but it was done. So instead of Cindi coming and trying me my vehicle was ready she put it on someone else to do it and they didn't.
James took care of what I was concerned about. My tire light kept coming on and he had service check my tires. I appreciate that.
Did not fix the front end shaking after 70 mph. My tires were already rotated. Also the freon did not get charved. I asked for rhese things to be done.
I drop my car off at 6:00 a.m. and had a scheduled appointment at 10 am I get to the dealership at 3:40 p.m and my car was just taken to the back and the sale representative just looked lost,when I ask for the manager he disappeared and showed back up at 4:05 p.m.and then when I saw the manager I've never seen such rough and disrespectful from a manager in my life he talked to me like we were on the street having about to fight just poor management he needs to find a better job he's not a people person at all very disappointed in Priorty Nissan

All was great except I noticed tire pressure was off....I wish when the tires were rotated that was checked...but all else was good

Completely satisfied. I have had the 2008 Nissan Versa Hatchback since Oct 2007. It almost has 51,000 mikes on it. A great car for the money.

The service on the car was done promptly and I was pleased with the way Adam contacted me and explained why the audio system was doing what it was doing. Apparently, the manufacturer updated the audio systems on the cars so now they default to music on one’s phone if plugged in to the port on the dash. I find it annoying but if it can’t be changed back to original manufacturer’s settings, I guess I have to leave it the way it is.
