Excellent customer service
2nd time the area that you step on to get in was left dirty from oil or black stuff. The rep has no sense of urgency contacting you in the lobby when vehicle was done. Last two times i had to go out to her inquiring if it was ready while she is on her cell phone and my vehicle is done.
I appreciate the professional treatment by your staff. Everyone is friendly and respectful.

I brought my 2016 Pathfinder in on Jan.11,2021 for a heater blower no working. It's Fri.Jan.15th and I haven't been called once to tell me of any progress on my vehicle.

My appointment was at 9:40 to get a state inspection on my 2020 Nissan. When I arrived I ask how long it would take because I had a dental appointment for 12:00. I approached Morton at 11:15 & told her I was getting very concerned about my vehicle still not ready because of my dental appointment which took several months to get because of COVID. She approached the manager, returned & told me another 15 minutes they were wrapping up paperwork. It was 11:35, not leaving me time to make my other appointment, at that point I was getting nervous. I say In the waiting room listening to other clients complaints about the wait time also. My vehicle finally back in service drive through but no one came to get me because Morton had 2 other clients before me. Luckily I saw my vehicle & walked out to her stand. At 11:40 I rushed to get to my 12:00 appointment of which I arrived to at 12:08. LATE!

We had an appointment and it took almost 2 hours for a inspection
My wife was told she needed a part for the car to pass inspection and had a rejectionstick placed in the car. She was told it would $900+ to fix. After talking to 3 other mechanics we were informed that part cant actually go bad. And got the inspection done and it passed. We've never had issues before then.
He is a really nice and friendly guy.i dont feel like he is rushing me in and out.if I have a question. He listens.
