A dealership this large should be ashamed to charge 3 percent if a charge card is used. Our bill was almost 900.00. To charge 3 percent without telling someone before they get there to pay and pickup is unacceptable. Makes me rethink bringing our car back for service.

I was there today for the annual State Vehicle inspection. I also checked out the floor models of nissan vehicles for sale. I am planning on buying a new model car between March and April. The service as always was great for me.
We shouldn't have to wait over an hour and a half for an oil change when an appointment is already scheduled. This is rediculous and unacceptable.
I had an appointment for Monday for new tires and my husband showed up after traveling almost two hours to be told the tires were not in stock. A total of 5 hours of driving and no compensation for gas was offered when the mistake was yalls. Actually disappointed in the customer service.
No I was not satisfied with the service because Whoever the person waz that did my or change Stripped Something that went on the oil Pan And I have to end up paying 452.66 cents for something I didn't do And it was completely the technician's fault whichever one of them worked on my vehicle technically I really didn't trust you all to fix my vehicle but I had no choice because I couldn't drive my car back home and I will never ever come there again to have my car service

The issue with my car was a very confusing and difficult issue to figure out. Adam was very helpful, kind and understanding during my many times in and out of the service department. I appreciate all he did to help me.
I asked your folks to check my right rear tire, I had been losing air every few days. It Wes checked and the maintenance person said the tire need to be replaced due to a few nails in the tire, and they could only to two plugs in the tire. I let your folks know that the tire was only about a year old, and I would take back to where I bought them. When I got home I took the tire off and checked it and only found one small nail, I was able to fix the tire myself.
