Again, Judith is a delight to work with. She is so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. She always my visits run smoothly. It makes me feel good to see her face because I know that I will be given the utmost and top of the line customer service. She continues to be an asset to the company!

Judith Morton was very pleasant , and she greeted me with a smile. I had a 2:20 appointment, and the service was done in timely manner. After all was done, Mrs Morton went over the service work that was done , and informed of what was recommended in the future. She was knowledgeable , and professional .

My car was half way vacuumed only in the front. My car was there for hours. I was told they would vacuum since they couldn’t wash it and they only did half of the car. Everything else seems okay

The technician very was clean and handled the vehicle as if it were his own.
Engine light back on the next day. That was the second visit for the engine light problem
I asked that my tires be rotated, instead since I was told that they were in the red that the dealership didn't rotate them. They should have respected my wishes and then told me my tires need to be replaced. When a customer request something it should be honored. Adam was polite and very nice.

Adam is always very helpful every time I am in to have my vehicle serviced. He has helped to ensure that my vehicle is well maintained as well as safe in any aspects of concern. I think Adam goes above and beyond any expectation of great customer service and am grateful that he was there for many of my families needs. He is also extremely professional, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable.
She was great an a big help
I was harassed and threatened about my vehicle being picked up. Then when you all had my vehicle back I was told a different way to verify my income would be possible. Very frustration. Also things were broken on my vehicle upon purchasing and when I asked you all about fixing them I was given a run around and told it was under manufacture warranty but at Honda I was told to bring it back to y’all.
Always had excellent service - today I felt the service rep wasn’t very good. I got there @ appointed time & he wasn’t at his desk, got there several minutes later & we waited 1 1/2 hrs & finally asked him when it would be ready & he was on phone & said it was in parking lot. Don’t know how long it was ready before we checked. Just felt like he wasn’t on top of things.
