I was robbed by one of your team members. Adam who I thought trusted was asked to get my money orders out of my car. He said he will do it That was at 11am. When the car was finished around 430pm. I went in to pick up my vehicle. At arriving I asked about the money orders and was told first from another employee that he will call Adam. While on speaker phone Adam first said he put everything back in the car. Happy with the response I walk to my car. When I went in I searched the vehicle and no money orders were found. I went back in and ask the same person to please call him again. Again on speakerphone Adam said he never did it because when I asked the car was already finished and his quote there was no point. Mind you it was 11 am when I called. The car got there after 10. The car wasn’t finished. Upon listening to Adam on speakerphone. He sounded jittery and mix up his responses. This is insane and Adam as a man should feel like he needs to do something about this situation or the company for hiring him. My wife is pregnant and that was are rent. I will loved to get a response from him or management company. The police were called.

Great service. Just rather expensive for such a simple fix. Very satisfied with service and the person I delt with, but $700 for a simple switch that takes 20 minutes to install is a bit much.
She was a but pushy with the paint and undercarriage applications and she couldn’t speak to the lifetime warranty

Brandon was helpful in correcting a flaw on our 2018 Rogue Sport. He had to order the part (carpet) and schedule the 6 hour repair. Working with Brandon was a pleasure.
