I understand the employees should try to help the customer to be safe and point out things that need fixed or replaced as needed but making work when it is not needed replaced right now It was pointed out I needed about $1000. Work needed to be done on my truck What a shock when I came to priority for a oil change and instruction I was disappointed priority Nesan chose not to live up to the original agreement to wash customers auto when serviced

Brandon took good care of me. The music in your showroom/waiting area is way too loud. Very unpleasant. Combined with the Tv's playing makes it even worse.
