I was supposed to have a detail done on my vehicle with my oil change. Please explain what a detail job involves. I have pictures and a video to show what my interior looked like after they were supposed to detail it.

I was sold a 2014 Malibu on 5/5/21 and I had to come back less than a month later due to the check engine light coming on. The service team was amazing with helping with the problem due to the cause being used and sold as is.I understand the sales team job is to sale a car but the fact that I’m pretty sure they knew of the problem (transmission issues $$$$$$$$$) and still sold the car really disturbs me.

I really appreciate how professional and knowledgeable Brandon is when dealing with me and my car. He has always been the one to help me when I come there. He truly cares about all of the customers he takes his time and make us feel that we are getting quality work everytime... He always explained in very detailed about the service being done on my car, he always makes me feel very at home and he's the only person I would deal with when I come there. I have had very bad experience from the beginning of me buying my car. I felt like I was dealt a bad hand and didn't really want to come back there!!! but . Brandon is the one who tried to make things right each time I came there he convinced me and change my mind and showed me the quality of the work that's been performed to The customers by the company. I truly know that he's Huge asset for the company because if it wasn't for him I don't think I would ever came back. "JUANITA F

I hated the process of going back and forth to other priority dealerships to deal with this issue. Adam was great. He made it less painful to spend almost 1000. I will come back for service and it's only because of Adam.

Whenever I come to get my car serviced and I get Mr. James, I know I'm going to get excellent customer service. Mr. James always explains what is needed for my car to make sure I stay on my matience schedule. I inquired about needing 50k mileage services with Chris (a different associate that was supposed to pass it along). I was in need of a fuel filter and fairly close to transmission fluid renewal. This would have been completely missed if I hadn't called several times to ensure service was correct.
