We told you the car was coming. We dropped it off. We left messages. Nobody contacted us. Finally days later we called to find out what was happening and you all said "we didn't know who's car it was. " Also you don't have a firm to fill out with key drop off. We do appreciate you getting it done quickly after the oart finally arrived

Originally vague and lack of communication. I needed a liner and he said he would check on one. Half hour later I went to office to see what was going on and told you needed a copy of license and ins. Dah, I guess he would have left me there till closing time

The check engine light was on and I asked it to be checked . I had stopped a couple weeks before and a tech checked and told me it showed to be the O2 sensor. No called with price to fix at that time ,I called a day or so later a was told I would get a call back on repair estimate......still waiting. RON FRANZEN
Dirty front floor mat. Where was the paper mat? Dirty shoes don’t belong in my car. Car parts replaced were over priced and the rear window should have been cleaned before installing new window wiper.
In all the years of having my oil changed I have never been charged for disposal. We have bought 5 vehicles from your business and never had such problems with your service department.
