Great service, nice clean loaner vehicle. Happy with the experience.

I requested new wiper blades, an oil change, tire rotation, and for my drivers side door to be looked at if possible fixed. My appointment, which I made last week, was for 11 am I dropped the truck off around 10 by 3 pm I hadnt heard anything so called. I was told ohh they are just finishing up and did not have time to look at your door. I walk over and wait. By 345 it was supposedly done. I go to the counter and am told they didn't look at the door or change the wipers. But they did align the tires. I am pretty sure I requested rotation. And my oil was changed. I get back to the hotel and look at the paperwork. I was charged for a cabin airfilter that was not checked off on the service paperwork. I was not offered to have the missed wiper blades put on and I was not offered a time when someone could look at and fix the drivers side door. Just seems rude and unprofessional for a service center with such high ratings. I am a travel nurse far from home and thought I could trust this business. I was wrong
