He was very responsive to my request for a loaner vehicle to make a upcoming appointment.
Tom was great at keeping me informed. But, someone dropped the ball on ordering an actuator for my driver's side door. My car was in the shop 3 days to get it installed instead of all on one day as I had anticipated. I was told over the phone 2 weeks before my service appointment that it would be ordered and installed in the same day but. When i dropped off my car they acted like the part wasn't even ordered, they kept telling me my car would be in the shop for 3 hours but, after 4 hours had passed i called to pick it up, i was informed they hadn't found someone to look at the door yet, they said they would call when it was done. I ended up calling back at 5:00 pm only to be told they had to order a part for the door, but, that i could come pick it up. I did so, I brought it back in 2 weeks later for the part to be installed, only to have another part in the door needing to be ordered. I was frustrated to say the least but, to add to my frustration, the first loaner vehicle a Buick that had a low fuel light among about 4 other warning lights on the dashboard, at least the second vehicle loaner that I was allowed to barrow was a Ford with enough fuel to get me to and from work and no warning lights. Not that I expected a full tank of fuel but less then 25 miles till empty and I live 10 miles from the shop and a few more miles from there to work. I put $10 in the tank without needing reimbursement because I appreciate being allowed to barrow a vehicle at no extra cost.

Everyone was very friendly. And the coffee was good. At my appointment I think was at 1 PM. I checked in around 12:50 PM. But my truck was not brought In for service until 2:15 PM. And finished at 3 PM. I drove quite a distance for this service appointment and had several errands to run. Not sure why it took so long. Other than that very satisfied with my first appointment at your dealership.
My vehicle was in and out in a very short time. Service personnel explained what they did and explained the other services that were done on my vehicle.
