With your new computer system, it took 12 minutes to get my vehicle checked in. I thought everything was completed- then a service guy came out and told me the technician didn’t see the tire rotation order so they had to bring it in to complete the work- then , when I went to pay the bill - that was not correct as the coupon of $59.95 wasn’t included. I’m still not convinced what I paid is correct as the sales tax I was charged was on the normal oil change and tire rotation price and not computed on the $59.95 coupon price.
