Visit was mostly great. They took the time to inform me that I need tires soon, but nobody bothered to air up my tire pressure.
Each and every service visit is excellent. The staff are very attentive to a customer’s needs and today was no exception. My Santa Fe was there for service on 10/18 but I hit a deer in my Husband’s Tucson and really needed my vehicle. They slipped it into a cancellation spot and I picked it up today, 10/15. Thank you, Hyundai Silsbee staff and thanks especially to Angela.

It was not Brittany Booker who was the sales person I dealt with. It was La Dell and it was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle.
I was scheduled for an oil change @ 4pm on Wednesday Sept 7. I waited 2 hours then found out that the service was never provided. Also my car was being pushed toward a tow truck.. when I asked why their response was that it wasn't running. I told the receptionist that my was ok it only needed an oil change. So they rescheduled for the next day at 8am.
